ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We can not accept returns unless we sent you the wrong size, item, or in any other way made an error with your order.
Returns
We do not do returns, all sales are final. We've chosen to do this for two reasons: One, the nature of our products being highly limited makes returns a total mess. Two, we've built a reputation of only selling f#%*ing solid goods with countless verified stellar reviews to back this up. Unless we sent you the wrong size, item, or in any other way made an error with your order. To inquire about a mishap pertaining to your order, email us with your order number, reason for your return, and any pictures of your order to: hello@yourdadsamerica.com
Shipping
Once an order is fulfilled & collected by the carrier, it is out of our control. If the package appears as delivered, but you did not in fact receive the items, please file a claim with your local post office. The results of your claim will determine the results of your order.
Your Dad's America is not responsible for import excise taxes, customs duties nor VATs for purchases placed outside of the United States and its' territories.
An average order takes 2-7 business days to ship domestically.
*Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Shipping charges are subject to change at any time without notice.
